Rankings nobody can buy
The order of our lists can't be bought. Every provider in a list is placed by the same rule, and paying never adds anyone to a list, moves anyone up or down, or removes anyone. Medicare home health listings, and hospice listings when we add them, are ranked only by CMS star ratings, with ties in alphabetical order; private-pay lists are alphabetical. If we ever show paid spots, they will be labeled "Ad" and shown separately from the list, and they will never change it.
Today. Today, HomeCareFinder isn't paid by any provider, partner or sponsor. No provider, including any home health agency, hospice or home care agency, pays us for anything.
Our affiliations. HomeCareFinder's owner currently also owns Aspen Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency in Florida (sale expected about Dec 31, 2026). Aspen gets no special placement and receives no information about visitors.
How paid content will be labeled
The order of our lists can't be bought. Every provider in a list is placed by the same rule, and paying never adds anyone to a list, moves anyone up or down, or removes anyone. If we add paid content, we'll describe it on this page first. Each paid element will be labeled as an ad where it appears: "Ad · Paid referral service" for a link to a referral service that may pay us, "Ad · Sponsor" for a flat-fee ad from a company that isn't a care provider, and "Paid listing (ad)" for a paid listing shown in its own box, separate from the free list (a provider that buys one keeps its normal place in the list). Each referral-service link will have a short disclosure before you click. None of these will ever appear on Medicare home health or hospice pages, and we will never accept payment from home health or hospice agencies for referrals.
